Sandman Signature Saskatoon South Hotel

Just passing through town, and needed a place to sleep, the room was spacious, clean, warm, and the bed was absolute heaven. Room was actually a bit cheaper than the rest in the same category. Bonus was Chop and Denny’s were attached, so went down for an amazing dinner at Chop, which was packed and had a great atmosphere and servers and bartenders were very friendly and always making sure we were good. 10/10 experience. Our room was the King bed with Euro Shower (glass on side open to room - with a blind) At chop we had the beet goat cheese salad, the seafood chowder and the Neptune steak.

It was a last minute stay, clean rooms, great front desk service, the best sleep I had in a long long time. The only complaint I have, is that there is no plug ins for vehicles in the winter, especially diesels that should be plugged in, during the winter. They said they had booster packs, but that really wouldn't work when it's minus 30 or colder. I stayed at alot of hotels and I can't think of 1 that doesn't have plug ins. I was not offered a Denny's voucher for breakfast either.

Some rooms are a little damaged and some rooms bathroom show signs of not being cleaned properly in the showers. Other than that they are quite beautiful! Very comfortable room sizes, comfortable beds, comfortable pillows and the rooms are the most sound proof of all the hotels I stay at.

I was staying at this hotel in May for my 15yr wedding anniversary! I’m sorry this is late but the service we received from Josie at the front desk was incredible! Thank you so much for the upgrade and the expletive this hotel provided us. The room was beautiful, we enjoyed our meal at the restaurant and the hot tub was great! Thanks again, see you soon!

I give it a high rating due to location and very good service. The rooms are ok, they could be cleaner but unfortunately, there's a strong, unpleasant smell, and I believe its coming from the rugs. This is in the room, in the lobby, hallways and conference rooms. It seems to be a musty or stale odor. I have allergies and dont like a lot of air refresheners but in this case I would welcome it. I'm here for 4 more nights I would suggest they shampoo the rugs before winter. Other than the smell, it is a comfortable stay.

Satisfied with our stay here. Our communities had Men's conference and Sandman Hotel were very considerate, and very inviting. We enjoyed the room as it was spacious and quiet. Staff and front desk were more that amazing. I strongly suggest this place for everyone.

Very clean rooms and very quiet which is the most important thing for me. Temp control was perfect. I like my room very warm so this was nice. I find many hotels don't allow me to set to the heat that I want (26 degrees) but this one did. I will come here again for sure when im back in Saskatoon.

The rooms are tidy and clean. Decent bathrooms. Large entrance and foyer, lots of parking (many extra spots around the back). The gym isn’t huge but has enough equipment to keep busy. The swimming pool is clean enough. Disappointing there is no included breakfast (got a Denny’s $20 voucher). Not really walkable to anywhere so consider that if being close to downtown is important. We had an issue with the mattress topper it was WAY too soft and sunken in. Otherwise not a bad asleep.
